The staff were all helpful especially when I asked for directions of some places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was good although it can be improved. The room was very clean. With the car it was very easy to reach some places as its only few km away from taormina and giardini naxos.

The only thing I was disappointed is that my mobile charger had a plug that it couldn't fit with the one at the hotel to charge it and when I asked for a multi-pin plug they told me they didn't have therefore I had to do half of my holiday without my mobile. Also the shower gel and shampoo could be improved as I had to go and buy as they weren't that good that I couldn't wash my hair.

Noise levels disturb relaxation, especially from the adjacent highway. Wi-Fi quality is unbearable!!! The confusing layout makes moving between facilities a frustrating experience. Management should consider clearer communication about amenities!!!

The great balcony was a bonus. The breakfast was nice and met standard.

Had a lovely view from my room and the coffee at breakfast was excellent,,. Clean rooms, and the drinks were rationally priced, a rarity these days!

Sipping coffee at sunrise on the balcony was amazing. The pool area was immaculate, with a serene space for relaxation. The hotel's proximity to public transport was a major plus.

The check-in process felt outdated and impersonal. A lack of air conditioning when needed. Staff friendliness greatly varied, affecting the overall experience.

The pool area was clean, and the fun, family-friendly activities kept us entertained. We also enjoyed the ease of exploring Sicily, thanks to the convenient location and the Club Card access for beach amenities.
